Terms of Service

These terms apply to using this website and to ordering from 2 Cute 2 Eat Cookies. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace the two documents that actually govern an order and a class.

The documents that govern an order

• A custom cookie order is governed by the Cookie Contract. Deposits, refunds, pick-up, change cutoffs, rush fees, order minimums, allergens and the cottage food disclosure are all set out there. Where these terms and the Cookie Contract differ, the Cookie Contract applies.
• A class booking is governed by the Class Waiver. You accept it as part of registering, and the version you accepted is recorded with your registration.

Using this website

You may read this site, print a page, and share a link to it. The photographs, recipes, designs, wording and the crocheted and cookie designs shown here belong to 2 Cute 2 Eat Cookies and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Do not submit a form with someone else's details, attempt to interfere with the site, or upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Ordering

Submitting an inquiry is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed when we agree the details with you and the deposit described in the Cookie Contract has been received. Prices shown on this site are starting prices and change with detail, design and quantity, so every custom order is quoted individually.

Classes

A class seat is held for you once your registration is submitted, and is confirmed once payment is recorded. A seat that is not paid for within the hold period is released so that someone else can take it. The class cancellation and refund terms shown at registration apply.

Allergens

We can make cookies dairy free, egg free, gluten free, nut free, vegan, and vegan and gluten free. We take extra precautions to avoid cross-contamination. We are honest about the limit of that: while our sugar cookie recipe doesn't include nuts, we are not a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen, so we cannot certify that anything is allergen-free. If a reaction would be serious, please tell us before you order or book.

Cottage food

Orders are made in a home kitchen not inspected by The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds follow the Cookie Contract for custom orders and the class cancellation terms for classes. We never hold your card details.

What we do not promise

We try to match an inspiration photo as closely as we can, but colors, lighting and size in a photograph are not exact, and a handmade cookie is not a perfect replica. The website is provided as it is, and dates and details on it can change.
